Your information

Edgar Matthee receives the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you submit to respond to your request. Contact hello@elvn11.agency with privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information.

Your choice

Submitting an inquiry requires your agreement to its processing for a response. It does not subscribe you to marketing. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already undertaken.

Storage and access

Inquiry data is stored using Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore and may be processed outside your country depending on the project's configuration. Access should be restricted to those handling inquiries. Diagnostic answers and worksheet notes remain in the current browser session and are not submitted.

Retention and rights

You may request deletion at any time, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to exercise your rights or raise a concern. You can also contact the South African Information Regulator or your applicable data protection authority.

Site technology

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical logs to deliver and protect the service.
